Information for Reservations

CHECK IN: From 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. (In case you need assistance after 9:00 p.m., it will be subject to availability with an additional charge)

Departure/CHECK OUT: Until 10:30 a.m.

Guests must present an identification document, and/or passport with photo, a credit card and be over 18 years old, when checking in.

A REGISTRATION must be signed and a corresponding security deposit will be requested.

You have to tell the accommodation in advance what time you are going to arrive.

Cancellation/prepayment: Cancellation and prepayment policies may vary depending on the type of stay and dates. Make sure to check the policies that apply to each option you choose, send us an email to contacto@sunokona.com to request it.

Children of all ages can be accommodated.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the Accommodation.

Pets are not allowed.(There could be exceptions for this, get in touch whit us.)

We have free private parking in all of our properties.

Extra bed policies: In some apartments an extra bed could be added, ask for information before booking.

Periodic cleaning services are not included in the total price and must be paid separately before your stay. An additional cleaning service will be mandatory when the stay exceeds 6 nights.

Accepted payment methods:
Transfer or bank deposit - Mercado Pago

Full payment for the stay is required before check-in. Later payments will not be accepted.
